Welcome! My name is Stacey-Ann Buckley. I am a registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 20 years of experience supporting youth, families, and communities. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in love for humanity and a commitment to fostering community and healing. I specialize in supporting women and youth as they navigate life stressors, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I also have extensive experience supporting clients with school and education-related concerns.

Psychotherapy is transformational work for the mind, body, and soul. I have witnessed how mental health support can truly change lives, helping individuals grow toward self-actualization, meaning, and peace. I am committed to walking alongside clients on their journey, honouring their strengths, supporting their growth, and celebrating each step forward. ​

I provide a judgment-free, supportive environment for clients to reflect on their experiences. My services include individual therapy, tailored workshops, and evidence-based group programs designed to meet diverse needs. ​

I incorporate a humanistic framework, drawing on a variety of modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Christian Counselling, Attachment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, culturally informed interventions, and mindfulness.
